At the meeting of Herts First Principals Chapter on Wednesday 25th March 2009 the ME Grand Superintendent E.Comp John Ilott made the following
announcements regarding changes to the Provincial executive to be made at the Provincial Convocation on Monday 2nd November 2009.

E.Comp Alan Ward PGSwdB after many years of outstanding service to the province will be retiring as Deputy Grand Superintendent and his place will be taken by E.Comp Ian Clift PAGSoj the present Second Provincial Grand Principal.
His place as Second Provincial Grand Principal will be taken by E.Comp Philip Lever PAGSoj the present Third Provincial Grand Principal.
His place as Third Provincial Grand Principal will be taken by E.Comp David Morris PAGDC.

The ME Grand Superintendent also announced the retirement of E.Comps
Chris Foxcroft and Jim Reynolds as Provincial Deputy DC's their places
will be taken by E.Comps Phil Masters and David Hampton.
