Provincial Scribe E, Philip Lever, attended the November Convocation of Queens Oak Chapter 9262. At the Festive Board the Chapter presented him with a cheque for £400 towards the 2009 Festival. He complimented the Chapter on the excellence of its work, its festive board, and its charitable activities.
