The annual installation meeting took place on Monday 9th March at Radlett Masonic Hall attended by the ME Grand Superintendent David Hampton, supported by four Provincial officers.
The MEZ Paul Colbert was proclaimed into office for a second year but in the absence of E Comp Steve Flowers and Comp Laurence Darcy, the 2026/7 H and J respectively, there was no further work to be done other than to appoint/invest the remainder of the officers for the year which was done efficiently.
The ME Grand Superintendent David Hampton gave a short address to the Principal present and then gave an interesting presentation on some of the changes happening in the Royal Arch which was most thought-provoking and was received with interest by the Companions.
Whilst the chapter was small there had been a recent exaltation and there were hopefully further candidates for exaltation in the pipeline for 2026/7.
The festive board was first class and all the visitors were well looked after.
