The Grand Superintendent in and over the Province of Hertfordshire, E Comp James Sharpley, has tasked me with updating and revising not only the Royal Arch Mentor Scheme but also the relationship between the Royal Arch Province and the Royal Arch Representatives in each of our Lodges. This initiative has the full backing and support of the Right Worshipful Provincial Grand Master, R W Bro Paul Gower.
A series of Receptions for Chapter Mentors and Royal Arch Representatives in Lodges were held last October. As not all those involved were able to attend we are running another series of Receptions. These will involve a short presentation regarding the duties of each and an opportunity for questions and suggestions will then be provided. If you were not able to attend one of the earlier Receptions I do hope, indeed I encourage you, to sign up now for one of these Receptions. The details are:
- 28th February 2017 at Halsey Hall, Watford at 7:30 pm
- 15th March 2017 at The Masonic Hall, Radlett at 7:30 pm
- 24th March 2017 at Mayflower Place, Hertingfordbury at 10:30 am
- 29th March 2017 at Halsey Hall, Cheshunt (Kent Suite) at 10:30 am
- 8th April 2017 at The Cloisters, Letchworth at 10:30 am.
Light refreshments will be provided.
The sessions will be hosted by the Grand Superintendent, E Comp James Sharpley (with the exception of that on 24th March) and chaired by the Deputy Grand Superintendent, E Comp David Hampton.
If you are a Royal Arch Representative in a Hertfordshire Lodge or a Chapter Mentor in Hertfordshire, you should already have received a detailed communication in this respect from me. If you are not in either of these categories, and would like to come please contact me direct. The closing date for application to attend one of these meetings is 1 week prior to the Reception you wish to attend. Please ensure that your Lodge/Chapter is represented.
