On Thursday July 7th 2016, E Comp Paul Blakemore, the 3rd Provincial Grand Principal, presented a Royal Arch 50 Year Service Certificate to E Comp Vernon Elphick, PAGDC. He was exalted into Doric Chapter No 933, in London on March 15th 1966 but this Chapter was sadly erased 2012. He became a joining member of Phocas Chapter No 9295 in 2012 where he continues to enjoy his Royal Arch Masonry.
