At the recent meeting of the Chapter on 29 May the members were entertained with a very enlightening lecture about the Life & times of Rudyard Kipling, a very well-known Freemason, from Comp Ian Church. The lecture was very entertaining with the highlight being Comp Ian reciting from memory the Kipling poem “The Road to Mandalay” which was greeted with applause from all present.
The photograph shows our new MEZ Peter Walter, the Second Provincial Grand Principal, who was installed at the meeting, together with Keith Piggott installed as Second Principal & our MEGS David Hampton who was installed as the Third Principal, with Comp Ian Church.
