The Annual Convocation took place on Monday 2nd November at Great Queen Street, London, when 34 Companions received promotions to or were reappointed to active rank and 64 Companions received promotions in or were appointed to past rank.
E Comp David Hampton was re-appointed as Deputy Grand Superintendent and E Comp Gary Warren was re-appointed as Second Provincial Grand Principal. After many years as Provincial Grand Scribe E, E Comp Paul Blakemore put down his pen and was promoted to Third Provincial Grand Principal from E Comp Tim Coles, who had served the Province well over the last two years and was appointed as Provincial Mentor.
E Comp John Linley was promoted to Provincial Grand Scribe E and E Comp David Broomer was promoted to Provincial Assistant Grand Scribe E.
E Comp Tim Huckle was appointed Provincial Grand Treasurer and succeeded E Comp David Enock, who had served the Province well for more than 13 years (5 as the de facto Treasurer.
E Comp John Burnapp was appointed as Provincial Grand Almoner from E Comp Peter Davis and E Comp Tim Mitchell was appointed as the Provincial Grand Organist.
In his address, the Most Excellent Grand Superintendent congratulated all those who were re-appointed, appointed or promoted and thanked them all for their continued support of Royal Arch Freemasonry in general and of this Province of Happy Hertfordshire in particular.
