A very different Convocation took place today 28th October of White Star Chapter no 8727 where the numbers were restricted to six due to the Covid-19 restrictions and where the 2nd Provincial Grand Principal, E. Comp Phil Masters standing in for the MEZ, E. Comp. Colin Hellyer who was prevented from attending due to the Covid-19 restrictions and where he installed the Assistant Provincial Grand Master, E. Comp Jay Patel as MEZ of the Chapter.
At the same time, the Provincial Grand Secretary, E. Comp High Oram stood in for the Third Principal, E. Comp Brian Tierney who was also prevented from attending due to the Covid 19 restrictions and Installed the Provincial Deputy Grand Master, Comp Richard Knifton as Third Principal of the Chapter. At the conclusion of the meeting, E. Comp Jay Patel thanked all for their attendance and the additional work put in by so few to enable the Convocation to go ahead.
White Star Chapter, like White Star Lodge is for head of orders in Hertfordshire and a forum for the visiting Grand Officers to be updated on current initiatives.
