Hertfordshire had two teams entered into an Inter Provincial Golf Day on Tuesday 4th August in Peterborough and Herts 1 came third in the competition with a total score of 73 points. E Comp Philip Lever also won the singles competition with an impressive score of 43.
The two teams represented were Team 1, David Hampton, Ian Clift & Philip Lever (pictured with E Comp Wayne Williams, Most Excellent Grand Superintendent for the Royal Arch Province of Northamptonshire and Huntingdonshire) and team 2, Sidney Tuck, John Bond & Jayendra Patel. A good day’s golf was had by all and concluded with a sumptuous carvery meal and the presentations.
