The competition is open to all and any Royal Arch Mason who is a member of a Hertfordshire Royal Arch Chapter or any member of a Hertfordshire Lodge who may wish to play plus Royal Arch guests from other Provinces who may wish to join us.
The entry fee is £50 per person which includes coffee and a bacon roll served from 11am, 18 holes of golf and a three course presentation dinner in the evening, where our ME Grand Superintendent James Sharpley will be delighted to present the prizes.
Wives, partners, girlfriends and any non golfing masons and their partners are welcome and indeed encouraged to join us at the evening festivities at a cost of £25 per person. The dining arrangements for those joining us for the evening are a 6.30pm reception for a 7.00pm meal.
Gentlemen please note it is the wish of our ME Grand Superintendent that the Hertfordshire Royal Arch Golf Shirt should be worn if you have one whilst playing golf and jacket and ties WILL be worn at and during the evening festivities. A raffle will be held in the evening the proceeds of which will go to the RMTGB. 2019 Festival together with any other monies raised on the day.
Buggies are available for hire at a cost of £15. (Payable on the day). Availability is limited so it will be first come first served. Reservations for buggies can only be accepted if they are ordered on and with the booking form. Please do not contact the Golf Club directly this will only cause confusion and may result in you not getting a buggy.
